Banana doughnuts
Did you buy too many bananas and now you are watching them turning brown and nobody want to eat them? You can easily save them and also save your money, turning them into super yummy doughnuts! This could be your family new favorite recipe, so watch this!
First thing first, you need 5 bananas to turn them into a puree. Add a dash of salt and one egg and mix everything until you get a nice smooth, running paste. Add one teaspoon of baking powder, quarter of a cup of sugar and 300 grams of regular flour and mix well until you get a thin dough.
Deep two tablespoons in hot oil to take small batches of dough and give them a deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Trust me, they are full of flavor and fast but not furious to prepare them and enjoy every single bite of them, of course! You can sprinkle some coconut flakes to keep the tropical aroma but you can also try some rum or vanilla flavor sugar.
