Instant delight with instant hot chocolate

Remember those hot chocolate bags you bought for Christmas and now are still in your kitchen? Well, you can turn them into a fast but not furious sweet treat for your dear ones!

All you need is to add hot water, little by little, and turn the hot chocolate powder into a thick and yummy paste. Mix two cups of Mascarpone cheese with one can of condensed milk and the hot chocolate cream, check for sweetness and add just a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

Take a jar and sprinkle some crumbled cookies, any cookies you have in your pantry, or some good old Graham crackers, cover the crumbles with a layer of yummy chocolate cream, then, add a layer of jam or marmalade, berries, or banana slices, chopped nuts work great, too, sprinkle another layer of cookies crumbles, cover them with chocolate cream, and… your dear ones will ask for more!
