This recipe is not about the meat you use to get the best cheeseburgers ever. Of course, you will use the best meat! It is all about the super quality cheese you should prepare yourself! Yes, you read it perfectly! Get ready to discover the best cheese recipe so you could take your cheeseburgers to the next level of yumminess, from now on!

Take half a pound of grated cheese, best quality Cheddar, of course, and melt it into a sauce pan, together with half a cup of beer, one teaspoon of Tabasco sauce, few drops of Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
