Beef with smoked paprika sauce
Cut half a pound of beef meat into small chunks and give them a quick fry into olive oil. Take out the meat and add two chopped onions, sprinkle some salt to help the onion release its juice, add four tablespoons of smoked paprika.
Mix well and add two cups of chicken soup or water. Put the meat back into the pot, cover with a lid and let it boil until the beef is very tender.
Mix one cup of heavy cream with one tablespoon of flour and add it into the meal, incorporate it, add salt and give the meal a last boil. When you eat it, you should add some extra heavy cream.
You can eat it like this, with some bread or you can eat it with any pasta, mashed potatoes or even rice. It’s simply delicious thanks to the smoked paprika and the heavy cream combination. You can also replace the beef with chicken or turkey meat.
