Stop opening unnecessary doors!

It`s great when you read and try to get to know yourself better, but the real test is right there, out of your safe home, facing all kind of challenges. And, yes, life has the… bad habit to take you by surprise, no matter how careful you`re planning every moment! You know, if you want to make God laughing, tell Him about your plans!

Speaking of your home, you should be grateful for it and make it look as an expression of yourself, but in the meantime, you should choose more careful the people who get in. Remember, people can’t get there, if you are not opening the door, which means you should ask yourself why are you interested in opening the door to someone you just met. Also, remember that the first thing they see is your look, then they discover your mind and soul, and then they get into your home, it’s like the onion’s coats, you should have the patience but also the joy to discover each other little by little.

You also should say always the truth, but adapted to any people you are talking to. You can’t say the story of your life to the grocery or to your next door neighbor, it is not that they don’t deserve such an honor, but because they don’t need it and you can’t pretend you stay away from unnecessary gossips when you are sharing everything with everybody. This could be a sign of not respecting yourself rather than a sign of honesty with your… occasionally chat partners. If you are so eager to talk the most intimate aspects of your life with everybody, this could be a sign of mistrust. You don’t share personal aspects of your life to business partners!

So, this is a short story to help you remember that your soul, mind, body and home are sacred places and you should stop opening unnecessary doors to everybody.
