Have a good laugh!
When you feel down, or anxious, it is hard to imagine yourself on a beach, or on a mountain, as the psychological techniques highly recommend, in order to get out of that dark place of your mind. So, better try to think of something super funny! It works great!
A good laugh always works and it helps you reset your mind faster than any other psychological technique. Funny movies work great, too, but you can’t watch them when you experience a bad feeling at work, or when you’re driving your car.
Now, you should find at least one super funny experience from your past, to fix your present and your future, anytime you feel like the world is against you, or that it’s the end of your world. Remember, it’s okay to cry, but it’s always better to laugh! It works great with your kids or grandkids, too. They can be hard to pleased, sometimes, especially during the dark rainy days of autumn and winter!
