Crispy bread fingers
We all have bread leftovers, so we could easily give them a new life, by turning into fresh crispy bread fingers, cheesy and full of flavors.
First thing first, we melt a stick of butter and add a teaspoon of salt, two finely minced garlic cloves, two teaspoons of poppy seeds and half a spoon of thyme powder. Then, we only have to cut the bread in sticks, put them into the oven tray and cover with the melted butter mix. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and put the tray into the oven until the bread fingers turn golden brown.
They are crispy and super tasty and we can use them with our favorite cream soup, or salads, or enjoy them simple as they are. Kids will love this homemade snack!
