This is a perfect bread when you have to forget about carbs, because you are following a high protein diet. It helps you enjoy sandwiches in a healthy way.

Mix four eggs with a pinch of salt into a stainless pot, add eight tablespoons of oatmeal, two tbsp of baking powder, and eight tbsp of 0% fat cottage cheese. Put the pot into the oven until your bread passes the toothpick test.

This bread could be improved by simply adding some good stuff into its dough. You can add chopped red bell peppers, black olives, spring onions or chives, even some smoked salmon, chicken, or turkey.
