Meat noodles with a secret ingredient

Buy half a pound of minced meat already packed. Usually, when packed, the minced meat looks pretty much like… meat spaghetti, so all you have to do is to treat it this way!

You can simply boil the meat spaghetti in salted water, in the classic way, or you can start with chopped spring onions, about three or four, one red bell pepper, finely chopped, one yellow bell pepper, also finely chopped, everything slowly cooked into three tablespoons of olives oil. Sprinkle some salt to help them release their juice and add the meat spaghetti when the veggies are almost cooked, add half a coup of chicken soup, cover the pot with a lid and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Add some green olives and some cherry tomatoes, check for salt and pepper, and also you could sprinkle some dill or parsley and, of course, some shredded cheese or parmesan.

Now for the final touch, you need that secret ingredient! Right before you serve the meal to your dear ones, you should add two tablespoons of Dijon mustard and give a good stir to your meat noodles or spaghetti! This kick of the French delicious mustard could work great with any type of minced meat and trust me, it will take your meals to the next level of yumminess!
