It`s time for a fast, creamy and delicious side dish, especially now, in the cold and windy wintertime!

All you need is a big can of white beans, their healthier version, in brine, no sugar added! Make sure you drain them well, add two or three spring onions, finely chopped, olive oil, the juice of a lemon, salt and pepper, and give them a good stir.

This a healthy salad you can eat with any meat you like but this is just the beginning of my creamy side dish I was talking about! Put the beans salad into the food processor and turn it into a paste, by simply adding more oil! Now, for some extra flavor and texture, you can add some white sesame seeds, or some fennel seeds, as well! Also, it`s a versatile recipe, you can add one teaspoon of chili paste, or you can sprinkle some smoked paprika on top of it! Garnish with some black olives and enjoy it simply, with some bread, or with your favorite steak, or with some arugula salad!

Trust me, it`s super delicious and it doesn`t take time at all to enjoy it with your dear ones! I         am pretty sure your kids and grandkids will love this creamy version instead of the… boring beans!
