Upside-down apple cake

This is kind of… three times five cake, if you look to the quantities. It is not so complicated but it looks and it tastes great. So even if you just discover the kitchen secrets, just do it and your family and friends will always ask for more!
First thing first, you need to butter the inside of a 10×2.5inches round cake tray (springform). Cover the butter with a generous lay of sugar, about one finger thick, and add 4 shredded apples on the bottom of the pan. Mix 5 eggs and 5 tablespoons of sugar until triple their volume. Add 5 tablespoons of flour and mix gently. Cover the shredded apples with this mix and put the pan into the oven until the pie will look golden brown.
First you should make the toothpick test, to check if the pie is completely baked in the inside. If the toothpick is dried, the apple pie is ready to be served!
When you take out the cake from the tray, make sure you will turn it upside-down, apples on top! The slightly caramelized juicy apples will turn everybody upside-down!
You can slice it and add two or even three tablespoons of fresh cream on top of each slice or you can enjoy it along with some vanilla ice cream. It’s delicious and easy to bake it for any time of the year when you want to enjoy a morning coffee or even for an extra late one!
