A touch of love for your meals!

This little… green baby helps you taking your food to the next level and I promise, your family and friends will love it! Of course, you should love it first, especially it is a healthy recipe, easy to prepare it from scratch!

It works great with any type of meat, chicken, beef, lamb, turkey, pork or even fish dishes, but don`t be shy, you could use it even with some veggie dishes, including French fries! It`s all up to you and your… culinary imagination!

First, let me introduce you the handmade version of your gremolata. You need to finely mince five garlic cloves, sprinkle about a teaspoon of salt and turn them into a paste. Add vegetable oil, drop by drop, about half a cup and then, when everything looks like a yummy and delicious shiny paste, add two tablespoons of lemon juice, little by little, again! You can also use olive oil but you should taste it first, to make sure is not bitter. When the lemon juice is completely incorporated into your paste, add a cup of finely chopped parsley and give it a good mix, too. Check for salt or even for more lemon juice, sprinkle some lemon zest on top and enjoy it with any of your favorite dishes, remember, works great with veggies, too!

Of course, there is the… fast but not furious version of this recipe, using your kitchen mixer, so it`s all up to you!
